Keel Support

Keel is a routine tracker for iPhone — for TRT protocols, peptides, medications, and supplements. It is local-first: it works fully offline, with no account required, and no ads or tracking. An optional account adds sync and restore.

Keel tracks. It never advises. For anything medical, talk to your clinician.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need an account?

No. Keel works completely offline with no account. Sign in — with Apple, Google, or a one-time email code — only if you want your data synced to a server so it can be restored — for example, on a new phone.

Where is my data stored?

Without an account, only on your iPhone. With an account, your routines, programs, dose logs, and inventory sync to Keel’s servers in the United States, isolated per account and encrypted in transit. The privacy policy names exactly who processes what.

How do I delete my account and data?

In the app: Settings → Delete account. This immediately deletes your sign-in identity and every piece of your server data, with no email required and no waiting period. There is also a separate "Delete all data" option that erases everything you have tracked — from the device and, when signed in, from your synced account — while keeping your sign-in identity.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Keel generates a CSV of your log history on your device, whenever you want it.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Keel Pro ($4.99/month, or $47.99/year with a one-month free trial) is billed by Apple. Manage or cancel it in your App Store subscription settings: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge. Refund requests go through Apple, since Apple handles all billing; Keel never sees your payment details.

How do dose reminders work?

Reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device. They work offline and nothing about them is sent to a server. If reminders are not appearing, check that notifications are allowed for Keel in iOS Settings → Notifications.

Why does Keel ask for my location?

Only to fetch local weather for the sky header at the top of the app. It uses approximate location, only if you grant it, and Keel never stores it or ties it to your account. Decline it and everything else works exactly the same.
