Insights reads your record back in five sections. On Free every section shows an Example — fictional rows in the shape your own record would take — with one quiet row at the end, See what Pro reads from your log ("These are examples — your own record fills them in."). With Pro the same five sections derive from your log. Nothing in either mode changes what you track.

Five sections

Keel Brief — one fact per row with its provenance ("Based on 2 tracked inventory profiles", "Your plan, committed <date>", "This week vs the same days last week · n + n entries"). Needs attention — open doses today, a low profile ("<name> is low"), a change due ("<date> — <name> changes · in 3 days"), "Reminders are off". Patterns — taken-of-due for the last 7 or 30 days against the prior span. Programs & supply — each active program's position and the supply line. Records & reports — "n side effects noted · last <date>", "n blood panels on file · last <date>", and the report's Share row. The Free preview instead says "From this program's planned changes"; the personal planned-change fact requires committed plan history.

Your data vs examples

The preview's rows are fixed sample strings, kept apart from the personal derivation — they never mix with your log, and the Example tag rides every sample section. A personal section is derived when the screen opens and re-derived when your data changes; each fact names its window or source on its own line.

Empty sections

A section shows one grey line
"Nothing to read yet. Logged doses, tracked supply, and planned changes give the brief its facts.", "Nothing needs attention. Open doses, low supply, and upcoming changes appear here.", "Patterns build from your log — a week of logged doses gives this section its first reading.", "No active programs and no tracked supply. …", "No side-effect notes or blood panels on file. …" — the input that feeds it is absent.

Failed sections and notices

"Couldn't read this section." with Try again
that section's derivation failed; the others stand.
A short notice above the sections
Pro access could not be confirmed cleanly on this device; the sections render in the mode the notice states.

Insights states facts about your own record; it never rates, ranks or advises, and the examples are illustrations, not targets.
